Small: Small mound of intensely blue foliage; originator’s specimen in 2007 reached 12″ high x 25″ wide with leaves 7″ long x 3 3/4″ wide (10 vp); leaf blade lance-shaped to narrowly ovate, distinctly wavy, and thick-substanced.
