Hosta ‘Katsuragawa Beni’
Found in the wild by Mr. Hiroshi Masaoka at Nomura village on Shikoku Island. An outstanding rarity from Japan, the red from the petioles speckles into the wavy, green leaves.
It was tentatively named ‘Katsuragawa Beni’ (Beni = red in Japanese) by Mr. Toshiro Shimizu [Toyozo].
