Hosta ‘Lakeside Roy El’ (Chastain) – Large
‘Roy El’ means “the Roy” and was named for Mary Chastain’s husband Roy. The large, shiny green leaves are bordered in yellow that changes to cream in summer. The upright and spreading clump has orchid flowers. It sets viable seed and the parentage is unknown. The leaf is broadly ovate with a cordate base.
