Description
Small mound of white-centered foliage with a green margins that streaks into the center, red petioles. Out of the breeding program of Doug Beilstein and introduced by Alex Malloy, ‘Red Cloud’ is from ‘Neat Splash’ x ‘Riptide’, fertile.
